皮帶與皮帶輪搭配完整嚙合的技術
If the belt and the pulley are not well matched, friction, noise or tooth jumping phenomenon is easy, and in severe cases, the belt will break or the pulley will be severely worn and damaged.
選擇前後齒輪配時，需要特別注意，後齒輪與皮帶的咬合齒數，最好 9 個齒以上，最嚴苛情況，不得低於 8 個齒。主要是必須考慮到齒剪切(剝離)的係數 ，摩托車最好 20 齒以上。
How to choose a the right Front and Rear wheel? Please special attention to the rear wheel and belt meahing teeth must above 9 teeth and not allow to lower 8 teeth to avoid tooth jumping phenomenon because the tooth peeling force must be consindered. Motorcycles should have more than 20 teeth.
